What We Do
At LaBeauve Services & Opportunities, we are committed to helping individuals with disabilities prepare for, obtain, and maintain employment. We provide customized services for job placement services through referral via Texas Workforce Solutions Vocational Rehabilitation Services or private pay is accepted.
We aid employers by providing them with qualified applicants. We also aid job seekers in finding their ideal job.
We offer a range of services including a variety of
pre- employment classes, resources, job matching, resume development/review, interview coaching and job coaching to ensure success for all parties.
Our Expertise
We offer Pre and Post Employment Services as
government contractors that are customized to fit your
unique needs and capabilities, with transparency,
diligence, safety, availability, professionalism,
creditability, and 18 years and counting of experience helping individuals with disabilities with pre and post employment services.
The LSO team has a deep understanding of the job market and the skills needed to succeed in today's workforce. We use our knowledge and expertise to help job seekers stand out and employers find the right fit.

We can help walk you through applying for services with government agencies to help you live more independently.

During the planning of your IPE with your counselor let them know that you want to work with LaBeauve Services and Opportunities (LSO) and they will get a referral to us.
We offer in person and virtual services in counties including Southern Dallas, Ellis, Kaufman, Navarro and Johnson.

Professional Services Will Be Invoiced For Payment
$0.00
Private pay is $45 per hour and only paid upon receipt of an invoice from LaBeauve Services & Opportunities (LSO) with total amount and a report with brief narrative of contracted services that were rendered.
